The incumbent bears the responsibility of autonomously organizing and carrying out all work as delegated, according to the supervisor's general instructions, and notifying the supervisor of any noteworthy occurrences.

  6. Being the acknowledged expert on duties assigned, the incumbent's work is typically accepted without modification and examined by superiors for possible effects on DHS and PLCY policies and goals.
