Job Description:

Qualification:

  • Preferably a high school graduate or similar.

  • Knowledge of merchandising strategies and retail operations.

  • Proficiency in sales, customer service, and communication.

  •  The associate needs to be well-organized and have strong interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team.

  • The capacity and desire to pick up various skills and technical needs, such as strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to successfully complete the training for power jacks and forklifts.

  • The associate must be at least the required age.

Physical Requirements:


  • Raise up to 20 pounds on a regular basis (including overhead lifting) and up to 60 pounds on rare occasions. Regularly push or pull up to forty pounds.

  • Adhere to defined activity/volume thresholds.

  • Completely stand or walk at all times.

  • Reaching, grabbing, and lifting specific stock items frequently, either above or below the shoulder level.

  • Bending, kneeling, and squatting frequently.

  •  Possess the ability to work with a range of materials related to food products, cleaning supplies, and packaging materials.

  • Able to work for up to 20 minutes at a time in extremely hot or cold conditions.

  •  Proficiency with computers, calculators, and communication devices necessary for job performance.
