Job Description



Qualification and Experience

  • A bachelor's degree or comparable work experience from prior positions.

  • Experience with grant compliance, particularly in relation to AmeriCorps grants.

  • Preferably, you have experience working with non-governmental, state, and federal partners.

  • Demonstrated capacity for project management and accomplishment of goals.

  • Strong proficiency with computers and a wide range of software applications, including Office.

  • The capacity to mentor, lead, and oversee staff both locally and virtually.

  • Collaborative and effective team player abilities.

  • Strong communication skills, both in writing and speaking.

  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to rank several tasks and projects in order of importance.

  • Self-driven and capable of working alone and remotely.

  • Dedication to ACE's goal of serving the public through volunteerism and youth development.

  • Capacity to both give and receive constructive criticism.

  • The capacity to create and keep reports and records.

  • Capacity to comprehend and execute both written and spoken directions.

  • a genuine and ongoing concern for the well-being and career advancement of ACE participants.

  • the capacity to carry out the position's primary responsibilities with or without appropriate accommodations.

Extra Requirements: 

  • Need to have the right to work in the United States.

  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record make you insurable.

  • fluent in the English language.

  • the capacity to clear a federal criminal history check.

  • willing to follow federal drug-free workplace regulations and standards, as well as the ACE Policy. Drug tests may be conducted at any moment by ACE.
